The absolute embodiment of why people hate dealing with government. This office has wasted my time, money, and cost me an unbelievable amount of frustration. I hope I never have to deal with these languid bureaucrats ever again.

Nobody here answers the phone. This seems to be policy. If by some miracle you do not get a busy signal, whatever you do don’t hang up.
So if you want to get anything done you have to physically show up to the building. The good news is that the wait time isn’t excessively long, usually. And we had a very nice lady help us named Connie who actually made the whole experience not so bad.
I realize there’s not much point in making a review for the Department of Public Safety because if you have to get something done within the driving realm and you live in Oklahoma City there doesn’t seem to be any other choice.
If you have to renew something, you have my sympathy. Good luck, and godspeed.
