I like to shop local and whenever I am needing stationary, invitations, party supplies or certain gifts, I have tried to patronize this shop. In the past, I have always been met with excellent customer service and the staff has always been friendly to me and my children. This friendliness has always made me want to return. However, I stopped in today to order some custom invitations and was barely offered a hello. When I asked for help, the sales lady was rude and condescending. When I said I was going to wait, I was more or less ushered out the door. I am saddened that one employee(I really hope she wasn’t the manager or worse, the owner) could make me never want to step foot in there again. I realize my promise to never return is not going to send them out of business, but I do hope they will give pause and give this employee some much needed training in customer service. But for now, I will take my business to No Regrets.

Cute store. A little overpriced, items like Niven Morgan, Rifle Paper etc. are all about 10% more than other stores in the area. I would have purchased something but after being in the store for 20 minutes not one of the four employees said hello to me, so I left. I’ve been in this store several times over the last 15 years and I always leave feeling this way. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Stellar and always helpful. The professionals here welcome all my clients with open arms. As a planner, they make my job clear and easy. It is a delight to work with such talented and knowledgeable business owners. They are also great for other print projects such as business cards and advertising collateral which you might not normally think of.

I do love well-named businesses, and by golly, these folks have lots of specialty paper and«more.» I didn’t mind my relatively brief visit, but when I contemplated the huge inventory of specialty cards, gifts, boutique type items and pretty colors, I realized I was as out of my element as a NASA rocket frog. It’s full of inventory — perhaps almost too cramped — and I couldn’t discern any particular logical order to the arrangement of items. More for the art/craft-inclined than those needing straight-up paper. Dunder Mifflin this ain’t.

I went here because I needed a very specific envelope size and they had a 20%off Unilocal coupon. I was surprised that a store called paper and more didn’t have more paper. I luckily found what I needed and that was awesome. They didn’t honor the check in coupon which was frustrating. The checkout lady said it was only for a grand reopening night even though it did not say that anywhere on the coupon. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I’m a girl who loves her coupons! The store has a hospital gift shop feeling. There is a lot to look at and you never feel like you saw everything. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would go back if I ever find myself needing more envelopes.

Since new owners took over this store about a year ago, I’ve found it to be a much more pleasant experience. For years I never felt welcome in this store so I didn’t come around much. I’ve worked with one of the owners on some invitations, and she’s always been very friendly and helpful to me. I’ve also been impressed that the selection here has started to better reflect the influence of Pinterest. I ordered some invitations here today and they are so cute. They offer you a proof so you can make sure you like the look before they print them. Turn around from order to proof is usually just 3 – 4 days, and then your order is ready shortly after that. It’s not cheap, but it is a good option for invites. I know a lot of people are doing this stuff online right now, but you have to wait for the mail, and you’re not supporting a local business when you do that. If you haven’t been here in a while, you’re due for a visit.

Paper, not so much. N More, right on target! They even have a back room dedicated to gift wrapping. I think you can pay for them to professionally gift wrap your stuff. Pretty cool if you’re not good at that sort of thing. I was searching for some textured and colorful paper and decided to stop here because it’s close to the house. The front of the room has a lot of knick nack gifty sort of stuff, while the back of the room housed the paper. Candle holders, papery decorations, gift wrap, tissue paper, OU/OSU gear, pens… You know, things you might find at a Hallmark minus the Hello Kitty stuffed animals… Or any stuffed animals really. They have tons and tons of wedding invitation binders, but I didn’t want to bother with those bulky things because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. Just browsing! I guess I was hoping they had paper displayed like a big craft store would.

I have a serious paper obsession. Serious! I loved this store. There is a decent selection of greeting cards, stationery, both ready to go and custom, party supplies and gift items. The customer serivce was great. The prices were great. Great designers like Vera Wang, and others. loved
