Office staff is so disorganized — I still get bills after I’ve verified with my insurance they were paid in full (met our deductible). I had 2 surgeries on my left leg last year, it might actually be worse. My husband had 2 surgeries in his right leg and his is great… now. Doc will not give pain meds no matter what, and while I could deal with the post-​op discomfort, the hubs was miserable for 2 days. I imagine most patients feel very rushed, I’ve worked in the field so I don’t need hand holding and over explanation, but nonmedical/​surgical patients likely need more time. I sadly cannot recommend.
