PLEASEREAD!!! DONOTGOHEREORPLAN A PARTYHERE!!! Over a month ago I scheduled(and paid a deposit) a birthday party for my 2 year old here and a week before the party I was informed they can not accommodate my party! Side note: before I booked my party my husband told me that they have horrible reviews and I shouldn’t do this and I ignored him. I understand sometimes people only leave bad reviews so I gave them a chance. I worked out a plan with the staff and kept in touch with them through the entire process. I never once received a call back on my party planning concerns but we worked it out because I always called them back. Two weeks before the party I confirmed there would be 27 painters(at $ 14 a person) and since they were 2 years old of course their parents would be there to supervise(per their original request). There was no problem with this. 6 days before the scheduled party I called to see when I could set up my decorations that I slaved on and they informed me that I was not allowed to hang them. This upset me because when I originally booked the party they told me I could decorate however I wanted(that included hanging decorations, the food table, and back wall). Moving on… After that the employee informed me that we will be getting only 3 tables. I was confused because I didn’t understand how 3 tables could sit my 27 painters and their parents(party of 60ish) she said she would talk to the owner on getting more tables for us. Soon I called back because of course no one called me back and was informed, per mall rules, they couldn’t fit that many people in their store. I was horrified and asked for the owner to call me back RIGHTAWAY! Side note: the facility is big and can fit my party. The owner called me back and acted like she was doing me a favor allowing me to have my party there and acted like my constant communication with her staff was an inconvenience to her. Then she told me that the mall wouldn’t allow her to close her store for 2 hours for my party(confirming everyone can fit but she would have to close down or at least turn people away). I never asked her to close down her store but I did expect her to provide the space for my party. 3 tables is clearly not enough. I asked her what I should do since the party was 6DAYSAWAY, and she told me to have the parents drop their kids off. I couldn’t believe I had to explain to her that these were babies and needed their parents to paint with them. I even had to explain to her that it was their original request to have the parents there. After that, she rudely told me they couldn’t do my party! All my hard work and hundreds of dollars worth of cupcakes, food, decorations, party dresses, bows, and hand made invitations down the drain! Did she care? NO! I was devastated!!! I didn’t even get an «I’m sorry»! I will have you know I found a new location to have my daughters party and hope this review shows the true colors of this establishment. Oh, I called the quail springs mall and told them that the owner blamed all this on them and they had no idea what I was talking about! They told me That she can shut down her store for paying customers anytime she wants. I was giving the business 27 customers in 2 hours! I feel like if 27 people came in to paint they would have to turn people away anyways. So let’s summarize. They will never call you back, the owner is rude and heartless, and they lied to me about decorations and the mall policy’s. YEP! STAYAWAY!!! FARFARAWAY!

We took our 10 year old niece to PTG on our recent trip to OKC. She picked out a nice pottery item to paint and spent several hours having fun painting and talking. A GOODTIMEWASHADBYALL. We paid for the items and left them to be fired. They were promised for the following Tuesday which was fine because we weren’t going home until Wednesday. The next day we got a call from a store employee who told us that the items would now not be ready until after we left OKC. I explained that it would be their responsibility to mail the items to us at their expense since they were not going to be ready as promised. The girl said flatly that they did not do that.(Why you would have someone with no power to help customers solve problems, I don’t know) I asked for a call back from the store manager and then sent an email to explaining our position. I received a call back from the store manager, Stacy, who told me that the policy was not to mail items that would not be ready on time. She also told me that their kiln was broken. We went back to the store and Stacy promised to try to have the items ready before we left. In fact, they went out of their way to get the items ready and they were ready for pick up the next day! Stacy went out of her way to help us. So, in brief: Store 4 stars Customer Service 2 stars Stacy 5 stars We would recommend PTG as a nice place to spend quality time with your child.

I do not recommend this business! Customer service is horrible! Management definitely does not care to do anything to correct their mistakes. Your time and money will be better spent at Paint N Station.

DON’T GOHERE!!! Not only is the owner incredibly rude, but she will throw away your child’s art without notice. Customer service is an unknown concept here.
