Pizza Hut

I accidentally picked to leave a review for this one. We ordered from the Sante Fe location. It was good.

This store is right down the street from where I live!!! It’s always clean!!! My pizza is always made up nice and delicious! Thank you Pizza Hut

Came to this location last Fri for a family night of pizza followed by a movie and our daughter wanted to use her pizza coupon from her monthly reading challenge. Our server was friendly and took her personal pan order and an order for bread sticks. Those items arrived quickly after we placed our pizza order and were actually hot and good. After about 20 min we saw him carrying out a pizza toward us but then took it to a table that had arrived and ordered well after us. Then a second pizza was delivered to a table that came in even later. There were only 3 tables full in the entire restaurant.
After 30 min wait our server showed up to say our pizza had been burned so badly they couldn’t serve it. He said another was already in the oven and would arrive in 10 min. After another 15 min we hadn’t seen him and my husband walked to the counter to ask for our ticket. The manager pulled it up to confirm and he explained that we never received our pizza, had a coupon for the personal pan, and ate the breadsticks. She made a funny noise and said just go and don’t worry about paying for anything. We ate popcorn and candy for dinner at the movie we barely made.
We were really disappointed to get such a start to our family night and had only decided to go to Pizza Hut after our daughter so happily brought home her pizza reward for reading. I am pleased that they still offer this program. I remember being excited about the same when I was a child, but we will probably omit Pizza Hut when celebrating her hard work.

Not that I expected them to make their pizza dough in house but it was confirmed that they don’t since they ran out of rectangular pizza for my big box order. Oh and they are out of breadsticks which means they are also out of cinnamon sticks. The manager did offer to give me a cookie at a discount…

Terrible service. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we still had the slowest service ever. Couldn’t tell you what the food tastes like? I left before my order arrived.

Had the buffet today. Not pretty. The staff didn’t seem to care. Pizza was old, unappetizing. Wife ordered the wings, they had flavor but were greasy.

I will never order from this pizza hut ever again.
I broke my tooth on the crust of a pizza that they cooked for me and my family.
They did not refund my money, the corporate PIzza Hut offices have yet to call me about this pizza and I had to go to the dentist to get my tooth fixed, of which cost me a day off of work and a big bill from the dentist. Thank God for Dental insurance.
