Excellent customer service. Like absolutely legit. He could have totally suckered me into spending a lot of money to get my watch fixed. But he didn’t. He told me that the watch would have to be shipped somewhere else to be fixed for the specific issue that I was having. He also stated that it could end up becoming expensive, and that it would take a while for the whole process to be completed. He emphasized he had no problem fixing it for me, but suggested that there were better ways to go about it. So instead, he provided me with instructions on how to get the watch manufacturer to fix it. And he did all of that with kindness and patience. I’ve been in this store a few times now; they’re not loud or pushy, and may even come off as standoffish sometimes, but they’re unbelievably helpful when it’s time to get down to brass tacks. Who talks a customer into not spending their money? Obviously someone who cares about the customer.

We went looking for a watch for my son. I didn’t want anything expensive, but a watch is a good thing for an active kid to have. We window shopped on a Tuesday evening. We let the associate know that we weren’t actually buying anything that evening. However, that didn’t take any entusiasm out of the customer service. We returned on a Saturday to purchase the watch. We were very happy with our experience.
