I really don’t know where to begin with thus review. My overall response to my experience with RBA is unbelievable… and not in a good way. My initial install was on Augusr 3rd. I replaced 2 large picture windows, I small bedroom window and a sliding glass door. The first phase went well. Other than my sliding glass door’s new handle/hardware not being sent with the door, one window not being cut to fit my window seal, the bedroom window really not being installed correctly and the wrong type of wood being used for my framing, I had hopes that when they came back out the following week, everything would be fixed. Three weeks later my wood was replaced and my framing around my bedroom window fixed. However my window seal was still on my floor, and my door handle was not installed, oh, and I also realized that my retractable screen for my door had not been installed. The«new» handle was delivered but the screws for my «new» handle were not in the box. Seems like an easy fix, right… well, here we are on Oct 16th, and guess what… I still don’t have the correct screws for my handle. They came out today, but yet again had the wrong screws. Like I said earlier, «unbelievable!»

Renewal by Anderson’s sales manager was in touch with me after reading my review. He was very apologetic and assured me that this was not how they normally conduct business. We are planning another consultation with them and have been assured that things will be different.
