Room To Dream

Very cute high end boutique for bebes! I was so impressed by their customer service. I called to ask if they carried diaper covers, and she not only let me know that they do have them, she texted me photos! Went right over and made the purchase and they also helped me look around for a few other things. Unfortunately they didn’t have my baby’s size but I was very happy I came across this place.

Warning: Room to Dream will put you in an even bigger sugar coma than the Cherry Berry across the way. Everything in this place is darling: From the furniture to the clothes and the toys and bows, if you stop and look at everything you’ll use the words ‘cute’, ‘awwww’ and ‘adorable’ more times than any 10 baby showers. As the name suggests, it is the perfect place to dream up your baby’s nursery. We came here to buy a gift for my cousin and ended up daydreaming our little one’s room. At the time, we didn’t know if we were having a boy or a girl, and I found several cribs that were exactly what I had envisioned for a little girl’s perfect space. By the time we came back again, we knew we were having a boy and that we were going a completely different direction so the furniture wasn’t the best fit for us, but it was still fun to look! The staff here are as nice as they come: They are friendly, helpful, never pushy and will take time to get to know you and what you are looking for. I believe she is the owner, but the woman who has always helped me asks how I am feeling, what we are doing for the nursery, how my showers are going, etc. and it always feels genuine and I enjoy visiting with her.
I know I’ve been ignoring the elephant in the room (to dream): The prices here are much higher than the average baby budget. And they know it, and they are OK with that. It is in Northpark Mall, a traditionally higher end shopping center, and they definitely cater to the Lime Leopard crowd. But if you have the means and want a perfect nursery, this is the place to do. Other than furniture, they have darling clothes to ensure your tot is as well-​dressed as you. As with pretty much every other boutique in the metro, they have so many more things for little girls, but guess what? Girls are fun to dress. They carry Kickee Pants and Kissy Kissy, two of my favorite brands for impossibly soft, darling clothes and they do carry a few racks worth of it for our little guy.
What brought me in both for my cousin and myself is the Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags. They have at least one of every size/​style and then you can order whatever pattern you want. In a moment of weakness, I used an Amazon credit to order a PPB bag online and it was WAY too big (made for moms of multiples) so I sent it back and promptly returned to RTD and ordered the same print in a much smaller size. They were running a 20% off in-​store, 15% off special order sale, so I actually got the right bag for cheaper than it would’ve been online. Lesson learned: Sign up for their emails early in your pregnancy and grab your essentials at a great price. I know our little guy and future little ones will always have at least a few items from RTD for years to come.

Fabulous high-​end baby boutique. They have nursery and children’s room décor, custom bedding, and some clothing as well. And don’t forget their awesome collection of vintage chandeliers.

Many of their items are special orders, so plan for at least 8 weeks if you order something. But they often run specials on their floor items; you can sign up for their email list in the store, and they will notify you of the specials.
Whether you are looking for an accent piece for your child’s room or need complete design service, Room to Dream is the best place to start. They really are great to work with, and they carry the beautiful brands on display in magazines but hard to find in Oklahoma.
