Service was friendly and fast. Iced tea is fine. If you want to pay over $ 10 for a lousy tossed salad with wrinkled tomatoes and wilted greens underneath a layer of fresher ones, topped by a chicken breast and served with packaged dressing, this is the place for you. Never again. I’d be better off eating nibbles on the flight.

Arrived a little before 6 am Friday 25 June. Asked for water and coffee. Was asked«big bottle or little bottle» for water. Asked if they had tap water. Told«no.» Interesting since it is probably a health code violation and impossible to cook without. Agree with other reviews that wait staff don’t seem interested in keeping customers or selling. Not their fault though. Reflects poor ownership and management. Will not buy from this establishment again.

Starts with slow service and a disinterested wait staff. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. They are out of it. Followed up with the spinach salad. Asked for no walnuts or croutons and was told the salads are pre-made. I added chicken to the salad and with the speed of the delivery, the chicken is obviously already pre-cooked and waiting. Yuck. Eat here only if the Pops store across from Route 66 is out of prepackaged snacks.

Pros: natural light and decent view; servers were friendly; beer was cold. Cons: They aren’t staffed to handle the busy waves that happen at airports; a 22oz beer is over $ 10; tiny beer and wine selection. But the cons listed above are understandable and can be overlooked given that this is a restaurant. The real crime was the chicken nugget that they tried to pass off as a chicken breast in the chicken sandwich. Despite the bacon being well-cooked and the avocado bring fresh, the chicken was so disappointing(maybe 2oz) that the sandwich was a miss.

Poor service. Very average food. Cold fries. Boring salad. Beer was cold. Bacon infused Bloody Mary not as good as it sounded. I might go back for a cold beer if I was really thirsty.

The waitress slid a menu across my table then ignored me for 20 minutes until I left and went to the food court. I’ve tried this location before on delays since it is close to my gate, but remember not being terribly impressed then either. I’m an uncommonly tolerant and friendly person, so this is not the customary negative review for me. It was exceptionally bad service. It was to a point where I was wondering what I had done to offend the waitress. It was starting to feel deliberate. For those prices, at least speaking to the patron as you slide the menu across the table might not be to much to ask. Eye contact after 20 minutes would go a long way too. I tried closing the menu to indicate I was done, and opening it to imply I was indeed ordering food, I couldn’t even get a glance as she walked by.(I am in the service industry, and these are basic, common courtesies. I could never get away with this level of service.)

For an airport, sure I’m a fan of this place. Their burgers were good, the location close to the United terminal and service prompt enough that you won’t sweat actually sitting down and eating before a flight. Beer on tap, so go for it, just don’t get sloppy before you take off. I just wish they had real mayo instead of the packets you squeeze out but I get it, easier to go. And if you get the onion rings as a side, there are 3 maybe 4 rings that come on your tray. Choose wisely!

Bad breakfast. The eggs are already scrambled if you order. They don’t give you any other options on eggs. Bacon is old sausage is microwaved and waffle is dry. Will not be back

In summary, pretty terrible. This place is overpriced and basically serves average frozen grilled meals. I picked up one of their prepared cold sandwiches and it was pretty awful. There aren’t too many options at OKC, but I would head to one of the food court choices instead.

We are at the airport right now, sitting at the grill bar. The older woman working the bar can barely speak English, and there were 4 Other people at the bar with drinks already. I sat there for 10 minutes with her walking by me not acknowledging me at all. I waved my hand and she looked up and shook her head and continued to run around frantically. She constantly looks angry and confused. Need more staff and a smile wouldn’t hurt. But I will say the young gentleman walking around picking up glasses should get a promotion. He’s on point. And has a great attitude. Would rather tip him than the woman serving.

Not worth the $ 10 for the hot breakfast. Bacon tasted like crap, eggs underdone, and biscuits were burnt. Refused to give me a refund. I don’t expect 5 star dining at an airport but I want my food edible if I’m paying out the behind for it. I’ll stick with Sonic.

This little airport eatery has a «grab and go» section and a small grill menu. The food is pretty good, made to order, and the fries and onion rings are much better than the rest of the places in the food court, but the service is slow. The staff is a little challenged by the English language, but they seemed to have learned it at the Monty Python ESL school, which always gives me a laugh when I put in an order here. For example, last I went the poor woman ordering the grilled chicken caesar salad was instructed«That is grab and go, you go back there and grab, go here, pay, and go!» «Oh, but I thought it was grilled to order.» «Was grilled, now in plastic, grab and go!» I give them one star for entertainment value alone. Actually, the«grab and go» stuff is predictably bland and not recommended.

If you’re hungry, eat breakfast before you fly out of OKC, get it before you come to the airport. You’ll need to take out a loan if you purchase any food at this airport. It cost me $ 10 for breakfast(«sausage and egg on a english muffin, potatoes and orange juice). It tasted good and the orange juice was large, but not worth $ 10.

This place was actually pretty great for breakfast. As you can imagine, the airport here isn’t super busy(and I was traveling around Thanksgiving) and it’s not a huge place, but it’s clean, nice and has a decent number of shops and food places(considering it’s size of course). This was right next to my gate and there was a small line. They cook everything to order, and the grill is out in the open so you can see them making your meal. There was one really nice guy on the grill and he had a ton of orders going at the same time and never messed any up. My breakfast burrito was huge and filling. And Cheap! I recommend! There’s also a bar on the opposite side of the seating area if you need to kick back.
