This a serviceable storage facility. There is decent security by way of a gate that requires a passcode. There is lighting near most of the units, and there are plenty of spaces for RVs, boats, or other large vehicles.
When I rented the unit, I needed it on short notice. They were able to get me in on short notice. Also, I didn’t know exactly how much space I needed, so they reserved another unit for me in case I found out on moving day that I needed the additional space. They did this without charge, which was appreciated.
I would give them 4 stars, but their contract stipulates that any unused rents are non-​refundable. This is extremely annoying, and I think cheap. If you rent the unit for 3 days, you pay for the full month. It’s clearly on the contract, I’m not alleging I was tricked. But, if you are in need of a unit quickly (as I was), you aren’t really in a position to shop around.
