Not worth the time or money, over rated, packed with elderly reired coffee drinkers who sit drinking cup after cup of coffee. Food is expensive and the female wait staff can be bitchy and are usually slow to wait on your table too busy talking to each other and they can’t remember shit! PASSTHISONEUP.

The food is outstanding. I was dissatisfied with the seating policy. We had a party of 4. We had been waiting for 5 min when a party of 5 showed up, and they were seated right away. When I asked why, the hostess said it was their«policy» not to seat parties fewer than 5 in the corner booths. So, guess I don’t like their policy. Darn, the food was pretty good. Oh, and they don’t have sourdough toast.

This diner can make a great burger and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly. My only recommendation is to switch to fresh cut fries.

Great service and great food. I ordered biscuits and gravy and sausage. The biscuits are made from scratch and big! My daughter and I ended up sharing them and we also had their homade cinnamon rolls. Great price too. very clean! We’ll be back!

This is one of my favorite places, I usually pick up my Sunday dinner from here. Love the turkey and dressing and the chicken fried steak dinner. The rolls and cornbread are delicious. I love the staff and they know me by name!

The only drawback here is they close at 4 pm. In my opinion breakfast is the best. Their onion rings are to die for.

Good country cooking diner. Liver and onions are great. Pan steak is good too. Coke in bottle only. :0) Pepsi on tap. Decore is nice, typical diner setting. The restrooms are one person at a time. The only thing I did not like was that they did not offer a beef steak, other than ground steak.

I’d heard so much about it, others seem to love it, and it went beyond my expectations. If you love that 50’s décor without the forced feel, you’ll love this place. And(!)… I couldn’t believe this, the food was spectacular and unbelievably inexpensive. I don’t want to say cheap, because that word doesn’t belong in this review, but I was astounded by how much delicious food was presented to me and the bill was barely anything. The staff was hard-working, made good recommendations, and so friendly that I wish they were my friends. I’m going back this week. I could make this a regular thing.

Top notch diner. Very colorful inside with all the old signs that take you back to the 50s. Everyone is really nice inside from Sherri herself who greets you as you enter to all the waitresses. The food is fantastic and everything that you would expect at a diner but I have to tell you that the portions are so big that usually I cannot finish it all and I have to take some home. This diner has earned my business and I look forward to going back again and again especially when I want an excellent cup of coffee and a great breakfast.

Everything you could hope for– great diner food– breakfast served ALL day!-nostalgic ad art-friendly staff. If you’re there in the a.m. Try the huge cinnamon rolls a bargain at $ 3.29 uf you come in the p.m. Save room for pie– very tender crust mile high meringue.

Food was very good, Country plate style. Coffee was very good. Good Menu selection. Prices were fair for the meal you received in return. Service was fair but it was very busy. Will return to try other items seen but not tried. Ham Steak was very Good.

20 some years ago we used to eat here weekly and today we were happy to find it was the same clean fun place to eat as before. Classic 50s style neon lights and sound from a jukebox. Wife had a huge chicken fried steak that she demolished and I had a cheese burger. Both were good, service first rate.

I enjoyed my lunch. I got the onion rings. They were humongous. Very cute atmosphere and nice staff.

Really craving that french toast today. I’m stuck here in Dallas just reminiscing about em! I have gone several times since my last review, and I have yet to be anything other than 100% satisfied. This is a very rare thing as I’m embarrassingly picky and particular. Like, only .1% of all businesses I have dealt with have a 100% success rate with me — it’s pretty special.

A solid meh. The food was an interesting mix of over and under cooked items that were consistently under-seasoned. At our table, we had the pork chops, biscuits, home fries, bacon, pancakes and french toast. The only item that any of us would have called«good» was the bacon which was solid. The hot chocolate was also pretty good. The service was adequate, and the décor has a great authentic 50s feel, but it’ll be a pass for us in the future.

Awesome atmosphere, great vintage signs and decorations, definitely a 50’s diner feel. Huge portions of delicious breakfast, you will not go away hungry. Very friendly and attentive service. My waitress recommended the pork chops with eggs, home fries, and biscuit and gravy. The pork chop was at least an inch thick and cooked to perfection. I had one, and it is enough to feed a full grown man. The biscuit was as big as my fist, and was fluffy, not dense. This will definitely be my weekend breakfast spot!

So. Dang. Good. This place is a blast from the past that takes you right back to the 1950s and great, homemade food. The menu has tons of options, and breakfast is served all day – great for brunch(no mimosas though). The breakfast sirloin and eggs is on point.
