Four stars for a hardworking staff who really does want to do a good job, if their hands weren’t tied. Two stars for being woefully, chronically understaffed at all times, even during launch of a huge product release that has gotten a ton of press. As my dad always says, you can’t be caught off guard during the lunch rush if that’s your bread and butter. That saying always runs through my head when I’m here… how can they be caught off guard during product releases that absolutely everyone has been talking about? In any case, it’s a big store, with lots of open space. I would normally consider wasted space, but having been in there a few times lately, I now understand it is necessary; required room for when you have 20 people waiting for an average of 20 minutes. That line can really stack up. I just can’t bring myself to give this 2 stars, because the staff here really does strive to take care of folks. But four stars it ain’t… so here we are at A-OK.

I know its the morning during the week. This place looks like they have no business. I am kind of the guy base on facts instead of just judging. When a customer walk in especially there is no other customers in the store, There should be some greetings at least a smile from afar from the manager. Instead, two employees was sitting in the middle of the store doing nothing I had to figure out which one is available to help me. The two employees should have done their paper rock scissors before I walked in! When the inquires is in progress. One of the two employees, she was still siting there in the middle of store, had her headset on listening to the music. Her co worker had to walk to her in order to ask question. I know there is only one customer, just be more professional. Customers are not asking a lot. At least let them know you are willing to help.

I have been a sprint user for only 7 months now but was super tired of my phone. I was talking to the girl and she told me I could get a new phone for no money out of pocket, two cell lines with unlimited everything and insurance and a home line with unlimited long distance for 160 – 165 a month. But when I got my bill it was 336.00. I called sprint and was livid. They pretty much told me that I was stuck but i could make a payment of 200.00 now and the remainder in 7 days. If I wouldnt have to pay like 700.00 to get ride of them I would but instead I am stuck for another 2 years.
