Just came from this Starbucks at about 4:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. Not very many customers here, but the service was exceptionally slow. Not only did the Barista seem frustrated and overwhelmed, it took her forever to make my drink. When she finally made my smoothie, it was running all down the sides of the cup which is weird because my cup wasn’t even full. It was the saddest, sloppiest, most bland strawberry smoothie I’ve ever seen or tasted. Because I was in a hurry, I couldn’t wait another 12 minutes for her to make another drink. It legit taste like unripe banana and powder. So I just had to chuck this one and call it a day. Thank goodness this was purchased with a gift card or else I would have been super pissed for wasting my money.

Starbucks may have changed their reward program, but I’m not an avid coffee drinker so it didn’t affect me too much. However, you should definitely sign up for it because this day was double star day!
I had the mango black tea iced refresher. Oh. My. Goodness. So good. If you like tea, if you like to drink things, if you like flavors, order it!
Everyone here is always pleasant. The parking situation kinda sucks, but that’s not their fault.

This is my Starbucks! Every day on my way to work I walk in and get the same amazing service. Every barista knows me by name and are so warm and welcoming. The manager is so wonderful, she manages her staff well and they always know exactly what I get and keep me updated on upcoming drinks. Forever grateful to every person who works here!

In my experience, this is the best Starbucks in OKC, hands down. Drinks are always perfect, staff remembers me every time, and they’re efficient and friendly, even though this location is extremely busy 24⁄7. I’ve had problems with my orders and even with my payment method being charged multiple times at other locations in OKC. Never a single issue at this one, and I’m there almost every morning for the last year.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Inside the store was kinda dirty, unorganized and small. My friend and I decided to seat outside, but it was even worse! I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino with NO whipped cream. But the Frappuccino was topped WITH cream! and its texture was completely watery! It wasn’t even a Frappuccino. I will never ever go to this place again!

Just your standard run of the mill Starbucks. While everything is typical for what you’d find at any location, their service is much quicker than any other one I have been to. In spite of being busy with a nonstop line, I had three drinks ready within a minute of ordering them.

Your basic starbucks. Nothing really special. Mostly, I find reviews for large chains helpful if there is especially bad or unfriendly staff at them, but this starbucks location has some friendly people working there and they get your drinks out fast.

This was one of the first Starbucks established in OKC not located in a Barnes and Noble around 2000 — 2001. Fortunately its still there brewing hot cups of java for Oklahomans and your’s truly during vacation.

This is one of the best managed Starbucks in the OKC metro. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the service is always fast. The traffic around this location can be a nightmare and the parking lot is quite chaotic at times. However, there is lots of seating and ample power plugs available.

There’s nothing better than walking into a Starbucks and having myriads of coffee aromas smack you in the face! This is the case at this Starbucks (as with most). I’ve always received good service here and there is always a good variation of pastries to drool over while waiting in line. I bought a large coffee mug from here about a year ago and it keeps my coffee warm for about 3 – 4 hours (if I don’t drink it all right away).
It’s true, you get what you pay for!
I’ll definately be back!
