They got 2 employees there and I was the only only customer, one is not even looking at me the other one said he just got there and sent me to their other store up stairs. Seems like on of them had the willingness to help. Of course, I couldn’t find what I need which is a small screw at their up stair store and got tossed right back to here. They said its pointless to send me back because they know they don’t have the screw. I need to call the 800 number to have the screw mailed to me.
You would think that you go to a store because they give you better service than online store. I certainly enjoy my online shopping better after this.
