We’ve bought USED appliances from Ted’s for years. Our washer and dryer were purchased over 8 years ago, used. They’ve been perfect performers ever since. Recently we bought used a large, side-​by-​side fridge. It is so nice; however, we did have trouble. It quit cooling which is JUST what you fear in a fridge.
Ted’s was IMMEDIATE in their response. They attempted a fix and when that didn’t work they immediately made another and it did work! Their work ethic and customer service was flawless. We were not charged for this work and everyone tells me that their repair work is reasonable.
I recommend this place with no hesitation.
