Absolutely the worst place I’ve lived. I had construction around my apartment the entire time I lived here. I had the smell of paint thinner in my apartment from an adjacent apartment and I was told to «deal with it» and that there was nothing they could do. I’ve had to wait longer than usual for repairs compared to other places I’ve lived. The staff is generally unhelpful. The old landlord’s were amazing, but this place is going downhill fast. Find another place.

Thank god we finally found a large two bedroom that’s close to work for us and school for our son! We took one of the newly remodeled two bedroom units and I’m happy with it. I bike or walk to Devon in the mornings (drive if it’s too cold!) and our son goes to the charter school down the street (John Rex
) We signed a one-​year lease and will probably stay another year or so because the apartment is 1250 square feet and spacious for the three of us. The pool area is being remodeled so I’ll update my review after this month when it’s done.

Cool place to visit. We have friends here. The court yard makes you feel like you live in the country. Very close to downtown. Nice pool and hot tub.
