Toys R Us

Weird big box toy store. By weird I mean dirty, unorganized and slow service. It’s like they want the Internet to win.

A little confusing now that they’ve rearranged the layout in here. Still, a good supply of toys to be had. And they get props for often holding midnight events for special toy releases.

Never going back again!
I went there with my children over the summer to get a birthday present and party supplies for one of their cousins. As soon as I walked in, I had a cashier rudely look me up and down. She got on the phone and seemed to be watching where ever we went threw out the store. I thought maybe I was paranoid, we went back a few hours later to buy more party supplies. Same cashier and same attitude. TI went with my brother in law and children that time, we had workers check on us but not as if we needed help.
Could tell that one guy was loss prevention following us. Made my family so uncomfortable both times and had another moody chick to deal with. There was only one nice person who seems to work there. Wish I got his name always kind and greeting customers.

I agree with the other reviews, this store is exceptionally dirty. But the staff is actually really helpful and nice. It’s mostly pretty organized. Lots of toys, baby, and kids items. They have a lot of options for electric cars.

You need to clean your store. I am not talking about toys down from wild kids either. The floor was disgusting. The lot littered with trash. The shelves were a mess too.
I love toys and hate that Toys R Us has fallen so far. The few employees standing around up front could have been put to work cleaning and made a big difference.
I was so turned off that we left before even getting to my favorite collectibles isle.

This has to be the most terribly managed and dirtiest store in the area. When you have all registers backed up with 5 or more customers in every line it is time to open more registers. There were several employees standing around when multiple requests for cashiers was announced. I had a horrible experience with this same store at Christmas last year. They lost my layaway and I had to make multiple trips to claim it. I would get called and when I got to the store they would still tell me it was lost. If they remotely think they are going to compete with Target and Walmart they need to get their heads out of their rears and make necessary changes to make the store a place you want to visit.

Dirty dirty dirty, with employees so dumb they’re practically as dumb as the kids who come and blow their allowance on lead-​ridden toys. Stupid kids.
This Toys R Us is also a Babies R Us, so you’re supposed to get two mints in one, right? Wrong. Disorganized, disheveled, and downright depressing, this Toys R Us makes my inner child want to cry and hide under my bed.
I just noticed that the listing is officially for «KIDS R Us», not «TOYS R Us», so don’t get confused when you drive over here looking for KIDS R Us and can’t find it because some dumbass forgot to change the sign.
