I feel like businesses that are part of a chain can be very inconsistent when it comes to customer service, services provided, and even prices. The people who work at this specific location made a huge difference.
I made a reservation online for a 14′ truck to be picked up on the same day but there was a computer error of some sort and my truck was given away to someone else at the same time I was booking it online. Jan made some calls around town but when that didn’t yield any results, she gave me a 17′ truck that someone happened to turn in early. The price remained the same and the paperwork process was very quick. She even gave me her private number in case I had any inquiries after hours. She didn’t want me to call a corporate number and be stuck on hold.
Jan and her husband were a great team and they were such nice people. I recommend using this U-​haul location for all your moving needs!
