Wow. What an amazing experience! I went in to buy a phone case and the Verizon Rep Jess recommended a screen protector. After speaking with her about my account, I left with store with 2 new iPhones and iPads. She was such a wonderful help and so easy to work with. Everyone at this location was really nice and welcoming. Made my Verizon experience a great one!

Worst Verizon customer service I’ve experienced. Been here multiple times and each time they’ve never seemed enthusiastic to help, or try to find answers. Almost seems like this Verizon store is fine with losing customers.

Most businesses are happy to take your money in exchange for goods or services, but not here. My attempt to upgrade a phone here failed miserably when I explained to the staff member what I needed and she went to the back to check — but was interrupted by an important personal phone call she had to take regarding her bar-hopping plans for after work(she was most certainly loud enough for me to hear every word). By the time the phone call was done, she’d forgotten what I said I wanted. She came back out to ask me again. I explained(again) what I wanted. She went back and looked, only to inform me that they didn’t have what I needed and would have to order it. Because the order involved something my wife needed, I didn’t leave; I put up with this crap and placed the order for the two items. The store called me and said(I remember this clearly) «your phones are here.» When I showed to pick them up, only one of them was there, because the other one had not been input correctly into the system and so had been sold to someone else. The beginning of the end of my relationship with Verizon.
