This building was just made maybe 2 to 3 months ago and I haven’t had waterburger in a very long time so I got a bacon cheeseburger with french fries and a drink, probably the worst burger and french fries I had and the dr. Pepper that I had was just carbonation, they didn’t change out there syrup. it’s the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant and I don’t expect much from fast food.

Now, I love Whataburger and I know after years of visiting these establishments in Oklahoma and Texas they are generally slow about everything, however this location is the worst. On top of being the slowest, the staff is rude, lazy and never seem to get the order correct no matter how simply the order is. I recently sat in the drive-thru for 25 mins waiting to place my order and there was only 2 people in line. Once I was finally able to place my order the staff simply said«what do you want» not even«what can I get you or welcome to Whataburger». She then proceeds to take my order incorrectly then acted like it was my fault with her over the top attitude. I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese taquitos not even close to sausage biscuit. Waiting almost an hour in a drive-thru line is not acceptable and honestly the reason I rarely come to this location. Forget about picking breakfast up on the way to work!

WORSTLOCATIONINTHECITY! First of all bring a book. I got through two chapters before I could even get to the speaker. Keep in mind there was only 4 or 5 cars in front of me, so this wasn’t like chic-fil-a where the line wraps around the building. Ordered my food and she read it back correctly. When I finally paid for my food(another chapter later) she was projecting a strong negative attitude in her facial expressions and body language, but she didn’t say anything rude so I just chalked it up to her having a bad day and let it slide. Got my drink and no straw. She gave me as much attitude as she could handing my straw. Did the same when I asked for jelly. Seeing as I was stuck at the window cause the person in front of me was having to actually wait more for his order to arrive I checked my order. Well one of the sausage biscuits I ordered didn’t even have sausage on it. It had nothing, it was just a biscuit. How do you charge someone $ 8 for three sausage biscuits and a drink and one of them is just a plain biscuit? So I handed that right back. Then to top it all off my food was only like warm. Where is all that time going, it surely isn’t put into the food preparation or assuring my order is right? So like other ppl have suggested go to another location if you are really craving Whata Burger, my suggestion is going to a different chain altogether.

Horrible service. They always run out of ingredients and never post a sign to tell you. The service is the slowest in the city. Once you get in the line you better plan on waiting a minimum of thirty minutes and you might not get what you came for.

This morning I was hankering for some breakfast. Every line at every drive thru was 5 – 6 cars deep. Imagine my delight to see Whataburger only had one car in line! YES! Now I like Whataburgers food so I am in! As I pulled in one other guy pulled in line before me. By the way he was towing a boat. Mad driving skills to get that through the drive thru towing a boat. I order my biscuit and gravy and prepare myself for the yummy goodness. After getting to the window 20 minutes later I sit for another 3 – 5 minutes and finally get my food. The food was good and was warm. This is the only reason they got two stars. If you have so much time on your hands you need to find a place to waste it, this is your place. If not don’t stop.

First time at a whataburger and probably my last. Waited in a 20 minute drive thru line for mediocre food and they didn’t even have the veggie burger.(which is why I even wanted to try the place)

Worst«fast food» ever. Let me clarify, the food is delicious, the wait time for the food is horrendous! I’ve waited 20 minutes for my food before and that just their standard wait time. Slow and unconcerned and two words I would use to describe this establishment. Don’t even think about eating here if you are in a hurry.

Normally I wouldn’t waste my time reviewing a fast food chain — but the service at this location is so phenomenally bad, every time. The people who work here are the most ignorant, unprofessional group I’ve encountered in quite some time — specifically Shanea in the drive through. Laughing hysterically as she attempts to incorrectly take my order, she’s then rude when I get to the window because I asked for extra ketchup. Drive the extra few miles and go somewhere else to get your honey butter chicken biscuit fix.

Burger was nasty and expensive(for fast Food). Service was subpar and very slow. Checker didn’t understand the coupon I gave him and ended up not using it so I paid full price. I love Whataburger, but stay away from this location.

I was very excited to see the addition of the jalapeño cheddar biscuits. The first time, we ordered then drove home to eat. No jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Okay. people mess up. Tonight, we tried again. Waited exactly 19 min in the drive-thru, got our food, drove home. And to our surprise, no jalapeño biscuits. We had forgot to QC these incompetent employees. Only after we got home of course. So…I hope the jalapeño biscuits are good… we wouldn’t know because they can’t seem to pull their head out of their asses for long enough to get an order right. Okay, okay, okay. They aren’t incompetent, I’m just super pissed right now. Whataburger is the best fast food restaurant. It’s our fav, and we will be back. Just not to this location. You disappoint.

Good, old fashioned hamburgers that taste just like back home. Love the onion rings. Quick service. Clean restaurant.

In the mood for a good old fashioned classic burger? This is the best of the best in fast food burgers. Well seasoned beef with traditional toppings tastes like it came from a backyard grill. The taste will take you back to summer memories long forgotten. If you like more stuff on your buns, they also have an unusual array of designer burgers and great breakfast items, but the classic wattaburger is the keeper especially with a milk shake and fries.

Im gonna love you forever… forever and ever AMEN. If I ever move back to this area of the country, it will be for one thing and one thing only Whataburger. East Coast peeps cant make a burger for sh*t compared to the Whata. The taquitos… the burgers. the ketchup! Don’t take this place for granted.

day 26 of my nationwide trip i did not find rice. but i did find a pretty good burger. the west coast might be all about the tacos but the heartland is still about the burger and i am glad. if i ever eat another corn tortilla again, it better be crunchy! whataburger? isn’t that where kenan and kel worked for in that nickelodeon show? anyways its a pretty good burger, up there with fatburger and in n out. they bring the food out to you. i had the whataburger. its big, as big as the old school whoppers cept much better tasting. the inside looks just like that nickelodeon show. how do i explain it? almost like hotdog on a stick style? update — my photo at whataburger has been asked to be placed in the whataburger flickr group!
