Just like the reviewers on Google, I have the same issue and complaint. We called to schedule an appointment, confirmed a date and time, then no one showed up. I have tried again via email to contact this company, since they do not answer the phone; however, no one has written me back either. I agree with former posters that this company is a rip-off. I have seen them advertise vouchers via Groupon more than once and through Living Social. It makes me wonder if they really have the staff to keep up with the volume of vouchers sold. Probably not. That is my best guess as to why they are so unresponsive. I guess they make up for the discount by not responding to you so they can let your voucher expire and just collect the proceeds. Really great, Ms. Picky’s, really great. Unless you like throwing away your money, don’t waste time with this company. The excuse that volume of vouchers has slowed down a response time is unacceptable given that I’m trying to redeem my voucher 7 months after buying it. Ms. Picky’s is in over their heads if they keep advertising on Groupon and LS. Either learn a lesson and hire more staff to keep up, or stop advertising on daily discount sites. I hope Groupon and LS also learn a lesson and stop advertising for you.
