Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

Ordered through drive thru on 2-​18-​2016 and they messed up and we had to fix it at window. Waited 12 minutes to get our order which I understood since it was a ten burger order. Then when we got home half the order was not there so boyfriend had to go back across town to get them. While he was gone I discovered there was no cheese on any of the 5 burgers in the part of the order we had so I called them again. When he arrived they gave him the same burgers, they had just slapped cheese on that 5 and nuked them. No refund for the cheese on the 5 we had at home already. By the time he got them home and doled out the bread was crunchy one one side of all the burgers due to microwave. Braums used to be THE place in town to eat but this is several times now we have gotten inferior quality food and poor customer service skills.

Good ice cream and fast service.
Got a mix with butterfinger and heath mixed in. They put tons of toppings and did a good job mixing it in so that from the top to the bottom there was consistency.
The wife had a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream. The cookies and cream was leaps and bounds better than the cookie dough.
Some of the best milk and egg nog when in season.

My husband and I love Braums but this place did not deliver. My husband watched the employees in the back cook the hamburger patties then put them in trays for later. The burgers weren’t as good as other Braums we’ve been to. Our fries had no salt at all. Our drinks were very flat. No bite in your sip that usually comes with soda. Employees did not make eye contact at all. Ordered to go but our food was brought out on a tray. No napkins or salt in our bags once they put our food them. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.
