Andy’s Pipe Dream

I have used Andy’s Pipe Dream five or six times now. They are always able to get Chad out within a day or two, and he does great work. Most recently I had him out to adjust my bathtub spout which was pulling away from the tile. I have also had him repair my hot water heater, replace a bathtub trap, remove old gas pipe, and more. No matter the task Chad takes care of it.

I played a bit of phone tag with the office and it was mostly me calling them until I got an actual person so that was why I subtracted 1 star. The first time they were schedule to come out (in a 2 hour window) they called ½ before the window ended and let me know they wouldn’t be there for another ½ hour. I had to reschedule as I planned to be home for the 2 hours and no more. Subtracted another star for that.
Chad came out to the house, he was nice, friendly and helpful. He seemed honest and definitely knew what he was doing. He was able to figure out the problem right away. Had the parts in his van and was able to do the repair quickly. Definitely happy with the work and Chad. It’s been about a week and the water pressure issue we were having is gone and everything is great. Also, since he was in the basement he quickly checked over my water heater which was totally unrelated to the work he was being paid to do so that was nice to have a quick check to make sure everything was fine with that while he was here.
I will definitely use this company again, I will just plan on being more flexible on the scheduling…

Awesome service and reasonable price!
I called them at noon on a Saturday and within 5 minutes they returned the call and set up an appointment for 2 hours later. The main drain for my bathrooms had broken and I would not have been able to use them without the repair. Chad showed up promptly at 2, and by 3:15 he was done!
Andy’s Pipe Dream is now my plumber of choice!

Outstanding. In arranging the appointment, I spoke with the service operator, and then received a call back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. Even though I didn’t need next day, they had someone out here first thing in the morning. Chad arrived promptly, listened while I explained the circumstances, showed me his considerations and possibilities and then provided a quote. I asked him to proceed with the service and he was able to repair the situation without needing the more extensive and expensive option. Even if we had needed to go with the more costly repair, I would have given that job to Chad based on his performance in the first half hour of the appointment. He was efficient and effective, and educated me on some other possibilities for my potential project. I would absolutely hire Andy’s Pipe Dream again and give kudos to Chad for his work today.

Andy’s Pipe Dream never disappoints. We have used Andy’s several times since moving into our 60+ year old house about 2 ½ years ago. Our calls are promptly returned every time. Service is scheduled quickly. And they even show up, on time. We get an estimate before any work is done. The prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I confidently refer friends to Andy’s as well, and all of them have been pleased and recommend Andy’s to others.

Referred to Andy’s by a neighbor of mine who had been thrilled with their service. I received a call back within 5 minutes of my inquiry, and someone was available to come out the next day. I was made aware of the trip charge, and was also informed that if any additional diagnostic work would need to be done, they would give me an estimate before that happened. The diagnostic fee was applied to any work that would be done, which we greatly appreciate! Chad was extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and did a tremendous job explaining everything to us. Chad has several decades of experience, and it clearly showed while he was here. We highly recommend Andy’s Pipe Dream. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Found Andy’s by calling the number on the truck. I called after hours and spoke with an answering service. I received a return call immediately to make the appointment. They quickly and proficiently located the problem provided me with information as to what they found and how they fixed it. Will use Andy’s again for the future.
