We called to see what time the restaurant called and they were very rude and disrespectful to us. All we wanted was a roast beef sandwich and and this obnoxious lady employee said «your a fake» and hung up. I am never going to Arby’s again. This is disrespectful to customers. I hope this obnoxious lady sees this and realizes that she should not say that because that really hurt my feelings. Don’t go to Arby’s because they do NOT treat their customers fairly. If I was the manager I would fire her on the spot. Do not go.

Very good service through the drive thru. My food came out quick and hot. The roast beef sandwich was delicious and the side of curly fries was very fresh and yummy. Although, I did have one black potato fry (the inside was all black), I will still definitely be back if I need lunch on the go!

I had an overall very good experience. The employees were professional, friendly, and helpul. When I asked for a suggestion, one employee identified his favorite sandwich (the new loaded Italian), and enthusiastically detailed why it was so good. I wasn’t very hungry, so I will try it next time. The service was fast, and the dining area was very clean, with nice background music.
