So we came here, we being my girlfriend and our two kids to get a late late snack at 12am and Gary the night manager was AMAZING, I haven’t had the dr. pepper shake and he offered to make me up a sample to try before I spent my money on it. It tasted great! A+ service fast friendly and fresh, highly recommend going!;;
The lady taking my dine-in breakfast order was rather joyless, but my order was ready in about two minutes, and the dining area was clean. They have two drive-thru lanes, but one of them was blocked off.

No one manning the drive-thru. I went by today(8÷27÷15) at 07:50am and waited in the drive thru. No response. I pulled up and saw no one working inside.

Burger King if having it your way means old leftover cold dry chicken nuggets then okay. The staff was less then Curtius barely smiled or greeted as I placed my order. There were no condiment around for your food had to ask somebody to get sauce or ketchup. I opened the box of my chicken nugget and saw that they were dry old looked like they were sitting around for 20 minutes before placing my order. I saw other customers getting nuggets as well. how many do they cook beforehand to have this many look this bad. I don’t think I will be eating anymore Burger King chicken nuggets for quite a while.

I don’t know when they became a 24-hour drive thru, but I truly appreciate it. I haven’t had anything here in years except a bite of my son’s Whopper with cheese and their Hershey’s Sundae Pies. I’m telling you, these pies are the best thing on the planet, be it after dinner, 11PM, or 3AM. It tastes just like the dessert«Sex in a Pan»(heard of it?). At only about a buck and a half, it’s the perfectly-sized treat to satisfy that urge for something sweet. Sometimes we buy several pies at a time and leave them in the fridge to eat over the next few days. Yup, that’s what chubbies do.

I honestly wouldn’t come here at all if my kid didn’t ask. In our most recent visit we got here shortly after 5pm. The place was absolutely dead. I mean we were the only customers. There wasn’t even any in the drive through. I ordered food for my son and I and it was served to us very quickly. I’d estimate about 1 minute. The fries were clearly old as they were luke warm. I mean seriously, we’re the only customer for miles and you can’t serve us fresh french fries? My son’s chicken tenders suffered nearly the same fate. Perhaps they were a hair warmer. I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich of some kind. It sounded good but was clearly so unimpressive that I can’t remember the name and I’m still sitting in the restaurant while my son plays. The sauce was tasty but the bun had the texture of a shoe. In the end I’d avoid this place like the plague unless you have a kid like mine that wants a BK with a play place. Even then you could probably talk them into McDonald’s.

Burger King is the worst of fast food. I hadn’t ate yet today and wouldn’t be eating for a few more hours. This was the easiest option for a quick bite to tide me over. I do not like their food because flame broiled tastes like propane soaked to me. I figured an order of fries or a slushie would work. When I pulled up I noticed that they had their McRib knock off so decided to try that. I had read reviews that it was better than the McRib, not that it would take a lot to accomplish that. I never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but the McRib is better. Now, it may have been my choice of time to go through. I was mid afternoon and the sandwich I got was so dry it sucked every drop of saliva out of your mouth and each swallow was a gulp. I don’t know if this was because it may have been sitting for a bit at this time of day and one during prime hours may be better, but I also will not be finding out. The sauce was decent, but barely any on it. There was a plus to that, you won’t end up with everyone knowing you just ate one because there is not enough to drip all over you like a McRib. Previous expereinces with this Burger King have been bad service and often messed up orders. Just nothing good about the place.

I went to this location because I saw all the advertisements about their«new» onion rings. I ordered a Whopper and ask for the free fries. The burger was just OK, and the onion rings were cold and shiveled up. They didn’t seem like«new» onion rings, maybe the gave me the old ones. I hoped with all the advertising they are playing on TV that they were really serious about upgrading their food… what a huge disappointment.

Burger King used to be known as Booger King or as we say in Spanish: MOCOREYES(MO-KO-RAY-eS) aka Booger King. Growing up I hated this place with a passion. I have just never liked the taste of the burgers here. They were always salty and filled with a bunch of mayonnaise that I was forever grossed out hence the name: MocoReyes. Their fries were very salty too and rarely fresh. However, since those days MocoReyes,(clears throat) I mean Burger King has upped their game. I enjoy an occasional meal from them and have noticed that their drive-thru lines have been getting longer, so they must be doing something right. What they have failed to do is keep up with a healthier menu and still offer 1300+ calorie meals. There are several meals under 650 calories, but that is just the sandwich itself and w/o mayo. My favorite meal here is a chicken sandwich with cheese, no mayo, add onion and tomato or a BK big fish. That’s good too! Like I said, I come here maybe twice a year, but it’s worth it. References:

So why on Earth am I reviewing a Burger King of all places? First off, let me say that I may eat at a BK once a year at that, however, I was totally impressed that in today’s downpour, I could order some food and my car be TOTALLY covered by one of those old school roofs that sit on the drive-thro door. It’s nice getting a Whopper Jr. through a window and not have it baptised in rain.. .. .
