Love coming here. They cut my son’s hair all the time. He even gets the hot towel treatment! Not all sports-related places take time to make it fun for kids. The stylists are always nice and do an amazing job. They take the time to make sure the cut is perfect!

After receiving two haircuts from Courtside, one good, one fair, I showed up one night to try the place again. The shop was supposed to close at 7pm, however when I arrived at 6:40, they were locking the doors and heading home. Figuring that I couldn’t rely on them to be there when they were supposed to be, I didn’t return for at least six months.
Tired of Great Clips policy of allowing people checking in online getting their haircut before a waiting customer, I decided to try Courtside again. It was a Sunday afternoon, and there were two people receiving haircuts, and two waiting. The guy that checks people in was less then friendly. He asked if we had called ahead, and I asked him if they took call aheads. He grumbled «No– we just have a lot going on right now». I just turned around and left.
Obviously these folks know nothing of customer service. I would prefer to give my business to a local company over a franchise chain, but this is definitely not the one.

I found the shop on Google. Its close to work. They are super nice. Had ESPN News on all thet TVs. I got a great haircut and shampoo and I was done in less than 20 minutes! I just found my new barber shop!
