It’s not like me to review a chain fast food place but they deserve some respect at this location. The quality of food was great but what really made this place was the service. They were incredible, and truly cared about our total experience. Again, it’s crazy that I am reviewing a fast food place but it really did feel like full service.

The lunch special is dyn-o-mite, if you know my expression. I have tried it several times, usually get the lasagna with meat sauce and either the ravioli with meat sauce or a slice of pepperoni pie. I especially enjoy the breadsticks, or Mister Butterpants, as my boy Vincenzo likes to call them. When I take the whole family, we probably eat a couple dozen. It’s better than the olden days when Fazoli’s would charge you two bits for one Mr. Butterpants.

The $ 5 lunch special(M-F 11A-4P) is a pretty good deal. My meal included spaghetti with meat sauce, a side salad, a drink, and endless breadsticks. The spaghetti noodles were just okay, but everything else was good, especially the meat sauce and the breadsticks. The service was friendly, and quick. Next time I’ll try the ravioli or the meat lasagna.

It was merely ok. Not awful, but basic and cheap. Passing thru, so probably won’t be back, mostly cause there aren’t any Fazolis where I live.

This restaurant is awful the last time i went there was a used napkin in my bag and this time the food had a weird taste and now i have food poisoning and have been sick since i ate it and the slobs that work there were rude and charged me for a combo then a side and drink on top of that

This particular location is almost always great. The staff can sometimes be a little lackluster, but the food Is consistently good. Monday and Tuesday seem to be packed with screaming children, so beware.

Stopped in here for some dinner. The sampler I had was hugh and the taste was good. Not something like you’d eat on «The Hill» in Saint Louis but it was acceptable. The price was low for the amount of food they served. We had the cheescake and it was tasty with the berry sauce on top. The service was fast and friendly. The place was very clean! It was 100 degrees outside but inside it was cool… almost a little chilly. Pretty amazing for as hot as it was outside.

After seeing all the commercials for the«new» Fazoli’s I figured I would give it a try. I wasn’t impressed. The Alfredo sauce is poor and lacking the taste of Parmesan. Reminds me of the quick, cheap Philadelphia Cream Cheese recipe. The breadsticks have way too much garlic. If you have issues with vampires, they will be great, otherwise, get some tic tacs! The chicken mushroom Alfredo bake has the same sauce and the to go is served in a very hot foil container. Possibly the same one they bake it in. Not the brightest idea. Save your money, stop by the store and buy stuff to make pasta yourself, you can make much better, homemade for the same cost!

Fazoli’s is great, mostly fast, american italian food. Sometimes I just don’t need all the fanfair of real food. I just need it fast and good and CORRECT! I love the red saucy stuff! So I needs extra on everything. This establishment needs a little hand holding on getting my orders correct. So it gets one less star for that. Other than that, the staff is nice and the place is clean.

get real! fazolis is the farthest thing from italian food that you can get. i was in college when this location opened up and i will admit that it was the best thing to happen to us for a few years(shamefully) because you can get a big ass plate of noodles and marinara and some breadsticks for less than 5 bucks. this, of course, is the broke college kid’s dream… but as i’ve grown into a post college adult(years and years later) i can’t ever see myself stepping foot in a fazolis again. it’s just cheap pasta, canned sauce and basically fast food. if you’re on a budget(or in college) it may hit the spot… since i’ve had REAL italian food, fazolis is nothing short of a disappointment in it’s claim to be an italian eatery.
