Worst experience ever!!! With any doctors office. They have too many random people working for them who are super rude. They try to charge a $ 150 no show fee when I called within the cancellation policy and have proof of it by my cell phone bill. This place is a absolute scam! Their prices (even with insurance) are so much higher than any other reproductive doctors office in KC. Stay away from them! I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau over them bc my cousin had a very similar experience. Definitely a medical office running a scam. Beware!!!

This is my second time doing IVF, we just moved here and selected RMC. I was pleased at first with my experience but it is slowing going south. I was directed to use one insurance company and assuming they checked my insurance I went with them. Of course they were not covered. Fortunately I caught this in time… it would have wasted me $ 1200 or more! They called my husband the wrong name and when reviewing contracts the «bedside“manner was less than appealing. I understand you may be good at your job but reviewing contracts as am embroyologist is not one of them. I will report back after it’s all over… but do your research. I wouldn’t say it’s awful, but things could be better.

So far we’ve had a good experience with Dr. Dan Gehlbach and his team. Their office staff is extremely knowledgable and professional.
During our first visit they went over our test results and previous lab work to recommend and offer multiple options. They made their professional suggestions as to where to begin and they left it up to us. The presented a some what conserative approach to start but did offer more aggressive options.
Dr. Gehlbach and his team are very attentive. I feel comfortable asking a lot of questions and they don’t mind educating me. They have a nurse line that you can call if have questions after your visit and they return your call promptly.
They have financing options and give cash discounts. I was actually surprised we were able to afford our care. I was very concerned about how pricey these treatments can be.
We actually had success after our first round of treatments, however I ended up having an early miscarriage. After a 30 day break, we’re on round #2.
I share this openly because I’ve appreciated those who’ve shared openly with me in their similar journey. This road can be tough and it’s nice to hear from others who’ve walked his path. I would recommend this Dr. Gehlbach and his team and if you have specific questions you can message me.
