Their customer service is as good as their smoothies! Yes the line can be long during lunch. But the staff is very friendly and knowledge.
They offer more than smoothies too. I buy Vemma there and needed some more before leaving town. I’d been in the store and they were out, so I called to see when they’d get more. I told the manager I’d like to take it on my trip and he said he’d call their vendor.
On the same afternoon the manager, Piper, called me and said they had it in! I really appreciated that level of service.

Happened to take the back side of the shopping center and found this place. Walked in and was introduced to my smoothie of choice, after workout. Now as a treat for working out I come here and get my smoothie (to not feel sore later ;-)). The servers have all been nice and helpful. Even waiting for me to come in and order even thought I pulled up at closing time.

Best smoothies I’ve had! A chain from Texas, I used to frequent the Smoothie Factory when living in Dallas and loved it. They use real fruits instead artificial juices to make up the smoothies. The difference is delectable. When moving to Kansas City, I checked if there was a branch here, but to my dismay there was not! Fortunately, within a few months of moving here they opened it up in Olathe. Smoothie King, Jamba Juice and others just don’t compare. If you’re a fan of smoothies, try this place out. Took my wife there when we moved down and she was instantly sold! Our favorite is the Original Factory Original, but all their smoothies are great!
