I was sent the wrong sized pants back in Feb 2015 and over the next 2 months I sent 3 emails explaining what had happened and was assured they would look into it and the correct size pants would be sent. After waiting for 2 months I was told it was a problem with the manufacture of the pant and was not their problem but they could issue a refund and would send a label to me so I could send the original pant back to them. It’s now May 8th and I’m still waiting for a refund, return label or anything from this shit company. Poor customer service and the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because Unilocal doesn’t have negative stars.
