I started coming here about 5 years ago out of desperation. I was out of contacts, my other eye doctors office was closed that day and I was going out that night. I walked in with no appointment and was seen in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Epstein also was the one who took note of my complaint of my lenses not fitting correctly and got me the proper diameter for my eye which helped a lot. I have been coming since and I have no complaints about the service there. I never encountered any problems. They are very quick and affordable.
