Came here for the first time to get a pedicure and was not disappointed. I did not know what to expect. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they do not have a large nail polish color selection. Its a clean place with friendly workers. I loved my pedicure experience! He used a hot rock apart of my massage for my legs and felt so great. Great place! I even got a massage while drying my toes!

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. I do not get my nails done very often, but prior to this time I have never had an issue. This was also the very first time I had gone to Kim’s Nail Perfection. I went to get my nails done on a Thursday afternoon, I got a pink and white gel nail tips. The sign with the prices above the register was so small, I could barely read it. I just assumed that the prices would be similar to what I have gotten from other places, which is about $ 35. I do not know the name of the woman that did my nails, because none of them when nametags. She did not discuss prices with me until she had already glued the tips on. She told me that it would be $ 55 and if that was okay. I told her that that was more than I was used to paying but it was okay. At first, I thought she did a wonderful job. I left happy for the most part. But Friday night, after working a very short shift, two of my nails were already cracked(my pinky and index finger on my right side). I went back on Saturday morning and she fixed the two nails for free, but she left the pinky nail a shade lighter than the rest of them. By Saturday night, my pinky, ring, middle and index fingernails on my left hand already fallen off. I went back on Monday afternoon(because they are closed on Sunday), very upset but I wouldn’t say rude. I went intending to get my money back, because I was already tired of driving to and from the salon three times in four days. A different woman, who seemed to me was the head woman there, told me she was going to redo my entire set. I decided that this would be a good idea so I allowed it to happen. She was absolutely terrible and rough on my hands. She was angry when I asked for an extra coat of polish because the color wasn’t the same as what I had gotten originally. I left with my fingers/cuticles bleeding because she was so rough, my ring finger on my right hand loose and about to fall off. The polish on my right thumb was streaked and didn’t even cover the entire nail. The gel was not completely dry. All of the nails were different lengths and shapes and one or two of my nails were very jagged. I immediately walked back into the salon, and this time I was incredibly upset. I explained to her what about this set that I didn’t like, and, impolitely, she told me she would fix it. I told her to not bother, I just wanted my money back. She then insisted I sit down so she could fix it, and I again told her I just wanted my money back. She said she could not give me my money back because she had just worked on my nails. I told her to forget it and left, but needless to say I will never be going back to this salon.
