Nick is very helpful and reasonable. Always looking to satisfy his customers. Wouldn’t take my business to anyone else.

I have been a customer of Nicholas Jewelers since it’s inception. The quality of service is excellent. Nick really cares about being very responsive to his customers. He cares deeply about satisfying the needs of his customers and is very helpful in design and completion of his products.

Before my husband proposed, my friend told us we had to go see Nick. We had looked at engagment rings at all of the big stores (Zales, Kay, etc) and we were not super impressed with anything — some of the stuff was really beautiful but really overpriced. We went to see Nick and the experience was totally different than any jewelry store we’ve ever been to. Everyone that works there is super nice and they really make you feel like a valued consumer. No one tries to sell you anything, there’s no pressure! You point out something you like, or tell them what you’re looking for, and they show you what they have or what they can do to get you what you want!
The store is in a shopping mall and it’s a tiny little shop at the end by a laundromat, but he has a lot of beautiful pieces. My husband took my sister there to get my engagement ring and Nick did a fantastic job! Since then, we’ve gotten our wedding rings there and now we only shop there for jewelry. When we purchased my wedding ring, Nick personally showed me the rings that he thought would go with my engagement ring and as expected, he picked out one that I never would have thought of, but it fits with my engagment ring perfectly! Almost like they were made for each other!
They have someone on site that does repairs for an extremely reasonable cost (my husband’s watch needed a new battery and a new crystal and I think the whole thing cost about $ 25). Whenever I need my rings cleaned (wedding and engagement) they just clean them, no charge.
And, the best part? Nick generally lets his customers pay for their jewelry in monthly payments. No fees, no credit check, no set payment day or amount. Come in when you can and pay what you can. Granted, he doesn’t let you walk out with your jewelry until it’s paid off, but if you really want something and don’t have the money up front, he’s pretty flexible about letting you pay for it over time.
I will truly never buy jewelry anywhere else.
