This is the best salon I’ve ever been to. I live about an hour away and refuse to go to any other salon except Salon 527. The staff are always so very friendly and you can tell that they really do love what they do! Gina is my stylist and I always just tell her «do whatever you think looks good on me» and she NEVER disappoints! Whenever I walk in, I immediately feel like family! If you’re near the Old Bridge area or are just looking for a fantastic salon to go to, check Salon 527 out! You will thank me later!

I’m new the area and was looking for a place to get my hair done. After searching online, I came across Salon 527. It was not far from me so I thought I’d give it a try. So glad that I did. The staff was very friendly. Dana, my stylist, was great! She sat down with me before she got started and we talked about what I was looking for. She listened to what I had to say and gave me the best cut I’ve had in a long time! So many times I’ve left a salon not loving my cut. But now, every time I look in the mirror, I smile because she got it just right!

I actually work in the office space above Salon 527. So as far as convenience goes for me, it’s tough to beat! The environment they’ve created in this salon is beyond cool, definitely unlike any salon I’ve ever been in. It’s got a really retro-y, chic, goth kind of feel, which is fun, but cozy and welcoming at the same time. Dawn (the owner) and all of the staff are superb, friendly and helpful. I know they were originally further down the road on 516 at one point, but I hadn’t visited them until they moved in below me and I have to say, (all neighborly bias aside) I got probably the best cut I’ve ever had from them! Dawns experience and expertise as a hair dresser and business owner are all on clear display here. Highly recommended!
