For awhile me and my 2 friends were struggling to find lighting equipment until this wonderful man named Pat, came to the rescue to helped us find all of it in minutes. Only if I saw Pat earlier my day would’ve been much quicker. But he was super helpful and informative. Thanks Pat and Lou! Had a great time with yous!

Definitely the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. The staff was helpful but they kept on sending us to different parts of the store. No one knew where a specific solder was. Gosh, three staff members sent us to three totally different parts of the store. It was so aggravating. Specially aggravating was a specific lady standing in the front who obviously did not care about service. You can tell she was there just for a paycheck.

The people that woke here a bunch of dumb fucks!!! I asked 3 people for I kit to stop hard wood floors from squeaking, and got bounced from one department to the other. Nothing but a wast of time.

As with any big box store they price match so shop around until you get the deal you are looking for, they have better pricing for businesses and contractors though so if you qualify for that look into it. As far as the staff goes, it seems like they get less knowledgable of the products they carry with every passing day. If you are looking for info on specific things keep your local hardware store in mind(or google). With all joking aside though I had asked for a piece of lumber to be cut down into super specific dimensions like 321⁄8th x 72 ¼ and the man operating the saw asked me if it were that critical down to the 1⁄8th because the saw is always off… WHAAAAATTTT… more likely that you just don’t know how to use the saw correctly. UPDATE: 10/17/2015 — Now to contradict my previous review, I had a very good experience with their employee Doreen in the plumbing department. I was not able to personally be at the store so my girlfriend went and I was talking to her over the phone on what to get and where to look. Their was some confusion and thankfully Doreen was able to help out. This has been one of the most knowledgable staff members I have encountered there in quite some time. Thanks Doreen!

I can make a movie out of it… Walk in with my AC unit to return. 3 employees look at me. No one greets me It all goes in silence things are so quiet that employee #3(on my right/in front of the counter) whispers to employee #1(on my left/behind the counter) that«he should, you know, mmmm check the box just in case, you know.» Employee #3 decides that it’s a good idea and removes all the tape to yea… You know, make sure I’m not stealing from them! Employee #1 leaves the scene and walks away gracefully. Employee #2 who never asked why i was returning it, if it was a return or an exchange, if it was broken, or If my dignity was still in place keeps looking at the computer. My receipt was handed to me and I was dismissed with a smile. Not having a nice day, but with a smile. 1. I understand merchandise should be checked. But there are ways to communicate with the customer. 2. I might have an ethnic look but look I can write and speak your language try me next time I might be able to say MYNAMEIS… 3. I was there to exchange the unit for a BIGGER one. Bigger means more, more means money, money that I spent across from you at Walmart.
