I was trying to buy a property in NJ. My broker referred me to Glen Lemeshev at Vanguard Funding. From the get-​go, he was extremely prompt, polite, and sharp. When I first called him, he quickly took my information and gave me a quote. And within one day, he pre-​approved me. My credit score wasn’t perfect, and he was able to give me suggestions about how to potentially improve it, and he tried to present my loan application in the best possible (but still fair) light to lock in the lowest possible rate. Although due to various factors completely unrelated to my interaction with Glen, I decided to go with a different lender, I would absolutely contact Glen again if I were to purchase another home. I have also recommended my friends to him as well.

Our experience with Glen Lemeshev was truly amazing! My husband and I had just begun to look at apartments in Hoboken when we walked into an Open House and fell in love with a property.
