Purchased 2 bagels toasted, one was heated not toasted, the one I ordered toasted with cream cheese was cold never toasted. This has happened several times at this location. Never received the grape jelly on the side which was also requested. Thank you

I really shouldn’t give a star when i stand at the front counter and three employees pass in front if me without acknowledging my presence.

Old Forge, PA
This is a brand new Dunkin Donuts which opened less than 2 months ago.
The hubby and I usually go here for breakfast sandwiches and Colatta’s.
He loves Strawberry and I love the Vanilla Bean one. It is so delicious.
The service is great, the workers are friendly and to top it off. One of the girls transferred here from the Davis St. Location and we just love her.
