Frisbee’s Galaxy

Not only the only grocery store in old fort, but a pretty good one at that. Usually have everything we need, and even at great prices. They are constantly running sales on Pepsi products. Great overall place to shop.

Yikes! That’s the best way to describe this place.
On a recent trip to Old Fort, we were told about the local store that we could go and grabs some essentials for our stay by the campground staff where we were staying. He warned us that we may want to drive back out of town to have more options. The local shop supported in me said, «of course not, we will support the store here in town». Famous last words…
So, the local grocery store (guess you can call it that) Frisbee’s Galaxy, is not helpful for anything. The meats did not look good, they offered little to nothing on our list, and it was dirty (and also smelly) and understaffed. The place is tiny and has aisles that only one cart can go through, but doesn’t have a one-​way only sign so not sure how that works out for people.
Do yourself a favor, take care of all of your shopping needs before your arrival to Old Fort.
