Great service, known them for many years… No problems.

Total dishonest shop for engine repair – BEWARE! I had an engine in for repair – they never looked at it – then said they ran tests and stretched it out all summer during peak fishing times. At the end they said the engine could not get gas or work. Needed $ 1200 or more in repair– Luckily a master mechanic friend of mine did not like their answers – one hour later – cleaning just the carb, changing sparks and a small part out – it runs perfectly. They never were honest and ruined my summer for fishing.

Outstanding service here. I was doing some work on my boat and am not exactly a marine mechanic. I had talked to them several times on the phone and they were very informative and patient to all my questions. When it actually came time to run over and pick up parts I left work a little early and planned on being there with time to spare, which didn’t include my flat and rush hour traffic. As much as I hated to ask them to stay till I got there, I did call and tell them what my location was and about how far out I was. The gentleman on the phone told me he would wait without me asking and sure enough, he was there when I pulled up. He offered a little advise on the project and already had my parts on the counter. He invoiced me out, graciously accepted my cash and sent me on my way. He did not seemed to hurried to run me out of the store even though I had kept him after closing hours and we even chatted a few minutes about small business type stuff. I could obviously order the parts online and save a few buck or two but will continue to do business with Riverside due to the outstanding personal service and parts availability.
