Chris and the whole squad are up to date with whatever cut you need. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. You need a haircut or a beard trim there is no need to look any further than the Boulevard Barber.

I don’t tag along with hubby every time he gets his hair «done»; however, we had errands to run so I was with him this go around. So, on behalf of my husband, I am writing to say he is a big fan of this place. He gets the haircut he wants at a VERY reasonable price. He sees Shane and is always pleased with his cut. Mind you, my husband is a perfectionist and getting a scissor and razor cut on fine, straight hair is not as simple as one may think — it takes some finesse to pull it off properly.
The place is clean and well kept. The big screen TVs were showing the football games so patrons were entertained while they waited because this place was absolutely packed! That, in my humble opinion, is a darn, good sign. All the barbers and the two female stylists (yes, woman are welcome at this place too) had people in their seats and were all attentive to the needs of their respective clientele. My husband likes the bantering with his barber. I guess it is the similar thing of all chit-​chatting I do with my stylist only more about sports and the like versus my girly conversations…
All and all, based on what hubs thinks and what I witnessed, I would recommend this place.

Well after neglecting my haircut for at least 9 months I was sick and tired of baseball hats, not to mention all that hair makes it tougher to wear 1.
I searched for some place near me to cut my hair as I recently lost the woman that used to cut my hair. I found them on Unilocal and after seeing their pics realized I knew where they were, down Old Hickory towards Lakewood.
I walked in and the owner, and Barber, Chris had a apron in hand and was «ushering» me into his chair like a bull fighter taunts a bull.
Told him its been awhile, showed him a pic of what I used to do with my hair, and asked for a little input on a direction to go. Chris quickly had some ideas based on how often I wanted to cut it, and my hair itself. I was in and out in 30 mins. And this is not because he just whacked my hair and sent me on my way. This aint no Sports Clips, although they do have TVs here on ESPN bit more on that in a sec. He was quick, yet thorough. How often do you go home after a cut and find that they didnt get all the hair from behind your ears? Right I know. Not here. Hit all the points and had me lookin good quickly.
The big upside here, only $ 12 for a cut!
The atmosphere is laid back but not dumpy. Nice brick cut stone walls with large flat panel TVs on the wall. Plenty of chairs for waiting customers set in a long almost shotgun style shop.
Guys, I will be coming back here EVERY TIME I need a cut again.

These guys rock. They have a spotless shop with flat screen TV’s to watch when you aren’t cutting up with the people in the shop.
