Jim and his wife were awesome! I called several companies in town (including chain HVAC companies) about air duct cleaning. Clean Air Co offered the best price but also the best explanation and were extremely friendly. They completed the job for less than quoted — time and money wise. They also gave us tips to maintain our HVAC. Highly recommend!

Jim and Terri did such a great job! We bought a home and wanted the peace of mind of clean air ducts. My youngest child suffers from allergies and we did not know the pet situation of the prior owners. It was very important to us make make sure he was not allergic to something in our new house.
We looked at a number of Groupon offers for competitors. However, the reviews for those companies revealed that they provide a low price upfront and then nickle and dime you on additional services that are needed to complete the job. The same is not true for The Clean Air Co.
It was wonderful dealing with them. They were very helpful in providing information and accurate quotes. I paid exactly what I expected to pay. They completed the job as expected, on time and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend using them.

I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. When I first called to schedule the appointment, Jim gave me a very informative review of what will be done. They were prompt and got to work right away. They were also very pleasant and gave me a $ 30 discount as a «blessing» despite all the hard work they had put in. The only minor setback was but I saw some of their equipment on our dining table however I just cleaned it afterwards & there were no scratches on it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Jim and his wife Terry (sp?) came over and spent just under 4 hours cleaning every duct and register in our new (to us) home. Judging from the assortment of items they picked out of our HVAC system, we were glad to be rid of the remainder of what was inadvertently left by the previous inhabitants. So long pennies, Q-​tips, candy, small toys, wood chips, an old Renuzit air freshener, and lots and lots of dust, hair, and dirt! We have enough of our own disgusting stuff to deal with thank you very much!
Seriously though, I knew our ducts were dirty and I wanted someone to come in with more than a jumbo vacuum to clean them. Jim and Terry use a rotary brush with a camera attached to ensure things get cleaned as much as they can. Then they go back to wash the vent registers and sanitize they system. On top of that, they are a sweet, honest, hard-​working couple that are good at what they do. They don’t cut corners, they’re straightforward in telling you what they offer, and when you ask, they’ll give you advice on what kind of improvements you can do to make your system more efficient.
