We took our lawn mower in to be repaired. The owner informed us that it would be more to fix than it was worth, granted it was an excellent brand, but we took his word and traded it in for a refurbished mower that he promised would be way easier to use. It’s supposed to be self propelled and last us for years. Well he gave us a crap amount for the old mower and the newer mower hasn’t done anything he promised. We mowed once with it acting all right, and now every time we mow, it dies after a few swipes across the yard. We took it in once and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Now we can’t get them to even answer their phone. This is a crooked business. Stay far, far away!
