Been going to Homeworks for years. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The owner is great! Great products, everything you need and could want.

They carry quailty products and have excellent customer service.

Homeworks is an absolutely delightful home and housewares shop in Old Saybrook. The only unfortunate catch is that they rarely offer discounts (and most everything they sell can be found for 20% off somewhere else). That said, they are EXPERT in what they do. They carry the very finest in everything for the kitchen, big and small, and they are extremely knowledgable. Their (FREE) gift wrapping is the most elegant I’ve ever seen, especially for free. For this reason, I would never think of giving a small hostess gift that I didn’t stop at Homeworks to buy. A wedding gift from Homeworks makes quite a statement.
I hope I’ve said enough great things about this store to make you want to visit for your next important gift or housewares purchase. Wait for a card in the mail for a discount before buying expensive pots and pans, but aside from that, there is no finer store around! A far better experience than any chain store.
