12÷28÷14 I gave my daughter a gift card for this place. She just wanted a trim. Not only did they not listen to her and cut it WAY too short but they said the gift card was no good!!! I paid for it the day before! They did not know how to make the gift card work. Seriously? She had to pay for the cut she hated herself I personally will NEVER go back again. One of the biggest parts about being a good stylist is LISTENING. I just spoke to them and they offered to fix the haircut? Really How? Its already too short!!! NOTHAPPY UPDATE 12÷29÷14 Went today to the store in an attempt to get my money back for the gift card that wouldn’t work. They refused said they don’t refund gift cards. ITDIDN’T WORK!!! Spoke to the regional manager Robin who was condescending. Such a run around. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes until they finally decided to give me my money back. I would not leave without the money! I would never go back. Robin said it happened to other people and they didn’t want their money back. Really? Well you didn’t screw up their hair! HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. They should have done the right thing and refunded the money right away on the card that didn’t work. We did not ask for the haircut money back — although we should have.
