A very thorough job done and with integrity. I contacted Genia and Tony to test a house for lead based paint that I was closing on. They were very knowledgeable on the subject, came out and did a very thorough job, and provided a detailed report on the home. I asked about additional testing on the property and Tony informed me that it was not necessary and explained why. You can see right away that they are in this profession because they believe in what they do, and are not trying to upsell customers unnecessarily. I fully trust their work and recommend them very highly. One of the few professionals who work with integrity.
