Thank you to customer service representative Destiny in Tampa Florida for helping me with my payment and getting me a free tablet for my child. She also helped me save some money by removing the smart limits since my iPhone already has those capabilities. She was nice and professional and knows her stuff. My shipping and activation fees for the tablet were waived. (in your face sprint, metro and T-​Mobile!) I love AT&T!

This store is aces. I bought my two iPhone 4S here on launch day, plus two other phones for my family. They handled the switch from Verizon and my corporate discount with no hassles. Every time me or anyone from my family has gone back for questions or assistance they’ve been very helpful.
iPhones run better on AT&T because of their HSPA network support. Not all stores are created equal. People make the difference. This store is staffed with courteous, friendly, knowledgable employees. When it comes to getting an AT&T phone, this is as good as it gets! Plus, it’s next door to Chef Li so you can grab a bite of awesome Chinese food after you shop for phones!
