Dunkin’ Donuts

This location sucks. Every time I go they mess up my order. I ordered a cookie dough coffee that doesn’t even look or taste the way it’s supposed to. I asked for my sandwich without cheese and got cheese. I even asked to make sure they heard me say no cheese

This DD is the worst excuse for a donut shop. They have no idea how to chocolate frost a cake donut — everything is usually stale. Maybe they are too focused on the larger menu items.

So essentially anything you ask for is a total inconvenience for this particular DD. Find another store.

First off, my husband went through the drive through and he was told the wait would be 5 mins even though it was late at night and not a single person in line. When my husband asks «5 mins?» To see if he heard right, the guy got really rude and abrasive with him. When the guys finally came back, they were out of everything and again the guy was very rude in the process of telling him. He ended up leaving.
The other day again he went in and saw the guy who was very rude to him and apparently he must be the manager or something which is a shame. He ordered a half dozen donuts and every one of them was stale, I mean STALE. They would have been better to throw out than the eat for the amount of calories they were so basically we will probably never order from here again.

This is not my favorite location, but in a pinch it does just fine. I know they have been shut down several times in the past for health code violations, but honestly I’ve never seen any evidence of filth. I’ve never actually had donuts from here though, I just get coffee. Either way, service us sufficiently speedy and friendly, nothing outstanding though. As for donut selection, they always seem to be well stocked. Not much else to say.

This Dunkin’ in particular gave me the worst iced coffee that I’ve ever had. I ordered the dark roast and it really wasn’t dark roast at all. It was watered down with melted ice and when I complained about it, they shrugged it off and sent me on my way.

This has to be the slowest DD I have ever been through. Nobody inside and I waited on the drive thru over 20 minutes just for an iced Cawfee n 1 donut. On top of it they are rude and screwed up my simple order of a ice Cawfee n a donut. They give me a different flavor coffee and a muffin. If I didnt wait so long I’d go back n throw it at them. In fact I wrote this entire review waiting for these morons.

Stopped in to get myself my usual Carmel swirl latte… I was told that the Caramel was on recall. Funny, the next one down the road didn’t have that issue. I dislike being lied to. REALLY dislike it. Consider that I won’t stop at this particular location.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. It’s filthy. I wouldn’t even say the staff is poorly trained, because I’m fairly certain they aren’t trained at all — and they couldn’t care less.

This Dunkin Donuts is such a convenient trip for me. Not only is it close to where I live, but it’s a quick visit as well. I aim to show up whenever there isn’t a line wrapped around the building, then I make my move. With that easy tip, the rest of the experience goes smoothly as well. The service is great, the food is always consistently good, and it’s cheap & fun to bring the kids here for ice cream. Of course I’m having a scoop, too!

Very quick drive-​thru. I just wish they had more specialty flavored lattes. That’s the only thing that keeps me going to Starbucks.
