I paid a $ 75 expediting charge on July 25 to have a cover fabricated and shipped in 24 hours, so that it would be delivered before a party on August 4. The cover was not shipped until July 30, and still has not arrived. When I asked TK have the «expediting» charge refunded, they refused, even though they didn’t ship within the promised time frame.
