Lake Lane Getaway

We loved our stay at Lake Lane Getaway! Hannah and Sean are two of the nicest people we’ve ever meet! We stayed in the camper they have on site. It’s a small comfortable camper overlooking the pond. Wi-​fi was available, as well as a portable fire pit. Our Sprint Cell phone services were pretty much useless there, so the Wi-​fi was a big relief. All we needed to bring was bedding, food and utensils. We brought our little pup, and she loved it. Plenty of room to roam, and a beautiful place for walks. We say many birds, bunnys, and a deer.
Sean has a well appointed tackle shop on site, and all the knowledge to help you catch great fish in either of their two ponds, along with great tips on other fishing and kayaking places. If you are looking for the typical family camping experience with whistles and bullhorns and tons of group activities, this place isn’t for you, but if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, with lots of sites to see, plenty to do if you want to, and a great place to teach your kids about fishing, this it your place!

I love this place. I love taking my nephew here. It’s great for kids and family time. Theres two ponds and so many cool fish to catch. It’s so peaceful and relaxing out there. Very clean and the owners are so sweet. I come here every time I come to visit my home town from Miami. Definitely something fun and different to do.
