Dunkin Donuts

Bravo to the owners of this fantastic Dunkin Donuts location. Tim the manager of this location is outstanding. His staff is super friendly and incredibly well trained. Enjoying a cup of tea at the counter with some tasty treats I can only marvel at how in tune and we’ll polished this Dunkin Donuts operates. The systems are phenomenal. A well trained staff executes on each order under a time clock (drive thru) with a great attention to detail and consistency. The food prep, rotation of food, and use of space and tools exactly as designed was superb. It sincerely hummed as designed in a peaceful quiet. Bravo. I designd similar systems over 20 years for several large hospitality companies. I was sincerely impressed to see them function exactly as intended by the corporate structure. This is all a testament to super Management at the Oley location. Dunkin Donuts food is Dunkin Donuts food, it’s hard to get excited about this genre of food. The coffee is simply too weak no fault at all of the franchisee. The dining room is perfect and I can’t stress enough how welcoming and well-​trained the staff is. I’m going to make it a point support this new addition to Oley Pennsylvania, you should too. Great addition to this community.
